I love the look of gold against tanned skin. With many student getting back from Cabo San Lucas or Miami after spring break, bronzed complexions are showing up around campus. Although my skin is still a milky white, this is a trend I can get on board with (and maybe spend some time on the sunny quad?). Regardless, I can't wait to layer delicate golden necklaces this season.
From religious symbols - the Virgin Mary, praying hands, or the Egyptian ankh to simple teardrops and sparkly chokers - there are many ways to approach lightweight necklaces. I like my necklaces in twos or threes (as seen above). Typically, I pair one 'symbol' necklace with a more charm heavy shorter necklace.
